Application for Approval for Final Semester Reduced Course Load (RCL)
When a student has fewer than 12 credits (undergraduate) or 9 credits (graduate) (final term only) to complete a degree they may apply for permission for a Reduced Course Load: Approval will allow the student to be considered to be full time while taking fewer than 9 or 12 credits.
Ability to extend student’s current program beyond this term is limited.
If final courses do not take place "in-person", such as online courses, the student must depart the United States. Please inquire about "hybrid courses" using the WISP request.
