Transfer SEVIS Record (I-20) to UW Whitewater
Please complete and submit if you are currently an active F-1 student at another school intending to continue your studies at UW - Whitewater. When you are done completing the application, you will need to request a "verification/recommendation" from the immigration officer (Designated School Official) from your current institution. After both sections are complete you must SUBMIT this application to request that your SEVIS record is transferred to UW Whitewater.
Your I-20 will be issued after this process is complete.
