UW System Insurance Waiver Request

International students are required to enroll in the University of Wisconsin System International Student Insurance Program.  The common exceptions are if you are enrolled in one of the following insurance programs:

University of Wisconsin Employee Insurance Program
University of Wisconsin Graduate Assistant Insurance Program 
Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission Insurance Program 

You must have a listed insurance provider in order to be eligible.

Any other insurance coverage will not waive the University of Wisconsin International Student insurance plan.
